Order Policy

How we process, package, and deliver your Nexigold order — and what to expect once it ships.

At Nexigold, we are committed to delivering not just fine gold jewellery, but a seamless and reassuring shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Coverage

We currently provide nationwide delivery across Malaysia, including West Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. All orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partner, DHL eCommerce, ensuring dependable and trackable service.

Risk & Responsibility

All orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce with tracking. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier and marked as delivered, the risk of loss, theft, or damage shall be borne by the customer ('Buyer's Risk'). We shall not be held liable for any loss arising after confirmed delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days upon successful payment.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be attended to on the next working day.

Our goal is to ensure every item meets our quality standards before it leaves our hands.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order details.

From time to time, we may extend complimentary shipping promotions as part of your shopping experience with us.

Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days

While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control.

We understand the value of your purchase. All orders are:

  • Packaged in secure, tamper-evident materials
  • Discreetly wrapped to ensure privacy and security
  • Handled with care to maintain product integrity during transit

Real-Time Tracking

For your peace of mind, every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be provided via e-mail or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Customers are also able to track the shipment at https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track by using the Tracking ID provided by the carrier.
